NNDC-II forms part of the NNCC development vision in Cyberjaya, which encompasses two proposed 20 MW data-centre facilities alongside a wider mixed-use environment. The programme brings together digital infrastructure, energy systems and commercial uses.

The current project brief indicates a TNB power-approval letter has been obtained. Completion is currently envisaged between end-2027 and mid-2028, subject to development, delivery and commissioning milestones. Customer GPU equipment is distinct from the facility infrastructure.
