A development programme for Cyberjaya.
The NNCC groundbreaking announcement, dated 29 June 2026, set out a Neu Nexus Cyber City development vision combining AI infrastructure, energy systems and mixed-use commercial components. The project announcement described two proposed 20 MW data-centre facilities.
The announcement cited estimated gross development value of RM1.9936 billion and a projected enterprise value of RM6.1 billion at full maturity. These are project estimates and projections, not completed asset values, independently verified valuations or funds received.

Commercial relationships announced
The release referred to two heads of agreement and two memoranda of understanding with an indicative combined value of approximately RM1.23 billion. The announced components included a hotel and residence arrangement of about RM280 million, AI offtake of RM200 million, an NNDC-I infrastructure mandate of RM250 million and a proposed NCAP PowerSuperblock fundraising mandate of RM500 million.
