PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The NECSA-I Energy Infrastructure Opportunity is a RM500 million infrastructure Master Programme, structured as an asset-backed, Shariah-compliant Structured Investment Note. The programme is designed to provide Sophisticated and Institutional Investors with stable, fixed-profit returns, underpinned by tangible, revenue-generating clean-energy infrastructure assets located in Malaysia.

Proceeds are deployed into critical utility infrastructure for society through AI-driven NEC Energy Systems (NES), incorporating advanced energy-optimisation engines and large-scale data models to enhance system performance, together with Tier-1 solar photovoltaic (PV) installations and energy storage solutions (ESS). These systems deliver 24/7/365, year-round Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) solutions to industrial and commercial properties under long-term service arrangements implemented within Malaysia’s Green Technology Industry including Malaysia’s SELCO initiatives. End-users benefit from immediate and measurable energy-cost efficiencies, while NECSA-I secures contractually committed minimum offtake and predictable, recurring revenue streams throughout the contractual tenure.

The issuance forms a core component of the International 10 GWh PowerFreedom® Programme (2025–2035) by Neunucleus Energy Corp (NEC), positioning NECSA Programme as a foundational platform within Malaysia’s Commercial and Industrial (C&I) energy-transition ecosystem, aligned with long-term decarbonisation objectives and infrastructure-backed profit generation.

Originated and facilitated by NCAP®, and forming part of the 10 GWh NEC PowerFreedom® endorsed RM10 billion NECSA Programme for Malaysia, the NECSA-I Energy Infrastructure Opportunity is the inaugural RM500 million infrastructure master programme, structured as an asset-backed, Shariah-compliant Structured Investment Note. It is designed to deliver stable, fixed-profit returns to Sophisticated and Institutional Investors, underpinned by tangible, revenue-generating clean-energy infrastructure assets in Malaysia. The programme deployment is open to qualified Malaysian Commercial and Industrial (C&I) enterprises, enabling long-term energy cost savings, ESG alignment, and participation in the global energy transition. NEC is the Exclusive Programme Operator, and NES solution distributor in Malaysia.
